Fees and Refunds

• Trip insurance is highly recommended in case you are unable to attend the retreat.

  • Full Payment is due at time of booking to guarantee your spot. If you would prefer to split into three payments please contact us at retreatrestart@gmail.com to make special arrangements. 

  • Off property excursions are optional and have additional fees, depending on the activity (for example, if we go to a restaurant for dinner, you will be responsible for your meal) 

• If you need to cancel due to unavoidable circumstances, we can provide a full refund up to 90 days in advance of the retreat. Beyond this, we can only offer a refund if we are able to fill your spot within 90 days leading up to the retreat.

Transportation and Accommodations

  • You are responsible for transportation to and from the retreat location, Richwood on the River. Address: 1233 KY-36, Milton, KY 40045 

  • The location is 1-2 hours from these 3 major city airports: Louisville, KY; Indianapolis, IN; and Cincinnati, OH. We recommend flying into either of these locations, if traveling by plane. 

  • All lodging accommodations are provided in cost of the retreat, as well as 2 daily meals. 

  • We will do our best to honor all roommate requests. 

  • If you have special needs, please let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate you. 

  • All registered participants will be invited to join a private Facebook group to ask questions, meet fellow retreat goers, and arrange carpooling or ridesharing prior to the retreat.

Supplies

 A short supply list will be sent out before the start of the retreat. Please feel free to bring your favorite traditional supplies. We will provide everyone with a new sketchbook at the start of the retreat plus a few basics to get started.

Other Policies

  • By registering, all participants agree for Restart to use retreat photos and videos for promotion.

  • If you have dietary restrictions or food allergies, please let us know ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate. 

  • All attendees will be required to sign a basic liability waiver.
